Statistics and simple observation have shown that over two-thirds of young adults leave the church altogether, with only a few ever returning.  These are alarming statistics!  Why are they leaving the church?  When asked, the conclusion is unsettling:  because the church only provided inspirational stories and music, but no real answers to the issues of life.  In other words, we inspired and encouraged, but when they really had tough questions, we had no answers.  So, in the question-filled days of college and early adult-hood, these former church members--now not in need of inspiration--turned to sources that would give them solid answers.

 

It is time for the church to give solid answers!

 

In 2011, Dr. White will be presenting his beliefs and leading Christians to adopt Biblical teachings in the I Believe series.  The series will answer some of the tough questions of life.  Some of the answers will be offensive to the majority-view of our culture.  Some beliefs will be a tough pill to swallow.  All teachings will be well-grounded in God's Word, the ultimate plumbline.
